Already Home: Meditation and Writing workshop-- Wes Nisker and Barbara Gates
 

In this workshop with Inquiring Mind editors Wes Nisker, author of The Big Bang, the Buddha, and the Baby Boom: The Spiritual Experiments of My Generation, and Barbara Gates, author of Already Home: A Topography of Spirit and Place, there will be alternating periods of sitting, walking, and writing. Guided meditations will evoke a vast view of the home terrain as it has evolved through the millennia. We will explore the terrain of our mind and of our place. In our walking meditation, we will open our senses to the land of Spirit Rock and then sit down and write. Please bring a notebook, a pen, and a small object or photo which evokes for you a sense of home.
